Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, cleaned
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 juice of a lime
- ½ tsp parsley
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat skillet on medium with coconut oil
- Add garlic, onion, and jalapeno and cook for 4 min
- Add red pepper flakes and parsley and continue to cook for 4 min
- Add tomatoes and cook for 5 min
- Add shrimp, lime, salt, and pepper and cook for another 3-4 min
- Serve with cilantro and Enjoy!
